  This wine is produced -since 1836- with great fervour and care, aged in oak barrels at the Canavas and is consistent with the traditional wine making methods of Santorini. Product of selected Asyrtiko grapes, the most exquisite local vine variety  -PDO- from vineyards traditionally planted on the unique, volcanic Santorinian plain.
